It was a good positive experience. She conducted the eye test explaining at every stage what and why she was doing. Nothing was rushed and she answered all of my questions and I felt happy and confident with the results

Katie was lovely she really made me feel at ease. The eye test was very thorough and everything was explained before it was done. She talked me through all aspects of contact lenses including what would be the best for me and explained about the contact lens scheme monthly payments etc. I look forward to seeing Katie and Sam next week for my lens trial
